Suggested Usage:  As a dietary supplement take 2 capsules once a day.  For best results take 20-30 minutes before a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.

According with the suggested usage each bottle contains supplements for at least 45 days approximately.

Caution:  Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.

How to Use:

During the first month of use: Press the dispenser 2 times, massaging your face, neck, inner wrists, and ankles. Apply in the morning and before going to bed.

From the second month of use: Press the dispenser only once, following the same instructions. 

DO NOT APPLY IN FATTY BODY AREAS SUCH AS BELLY OR INNER THIGHS.

If you Menstruate: Use days 12 to 26 of the menstrual cycle.

If you do NOT Menstruate: Use for 25 consecutive days, rest 5 and repeat.

Suggested Usage: Take 4 capsules before bedtime with 12 oz (300 ml) of water or more.
