Suggested Usage:  Take 1 softgel with a meal once per day.

Melatonin – Take 1-6 lozenges. Each person is different.

If you Menstruate: Use days 12 to 26 of the menstrual cycle.

If you do NOT Menstruate: Use for 25 consecutive days, rest 5 and repeat.
