How to Use:
During the first month of use: Press the dispenser 2 times, massaging your face, neck, inner wrists, and ankles. Apply in the morning and before going to bed.
From the second month of use: Press the dispenser only once, following the same instructions.

• Guideline for women who still have their periods
The day your period arrives, the first day of bleeding becomes day 1 of your cycle. Count from that day until you reach day 10 or 12 of your cycle which is when ovulation should occur and then start the use of progesterone.
If you have an average menstrual cycle of 26 to 30 days, you can start applying Molecular Progesterone daily between days 10 and 12 of your menstrual cycle until a day or two before your period is due. For most women, the menstrual cycle is between 28 and 31 days. If your period starts earlier than the day you expected, stop using Molecular Progesterone. Once your period arrives your cycle begins again and you should start counting until day 10 or 12 has been reached and when you will begin using the cream again.
DO NOT APPLY PROGESTERONE ON DAYS 1 to 10 or 12 of the cycle.
APPLY PROGESTERONE ON DAYS 10 or 12 UNTIL DAY 26, 27 or 28 of the cycle depending on whether your cycle is 28 days or 30.
