Only the customer can perform the cancellation by directly logging into their account on our website. This process ensures that the cancellation is done securely and accurately.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for subscriptions that have already been paid.
Orders in Transit
Subscription orders that have already been processed and are in transit cannot be canceled or refunded. Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to stop the delivery process or reverse the transaction.
Payment Information Update
It is the subscriber's responsibility to keep the payment information in their account up to date. If the payment cannot be processed due to outdated or incorrect payment information, we reserve the right to suspend access to the subscribed products until the payment issue is resolved.
