Suggested Usage: Take 2 capsules daily with food.

How to use the Sampoo: Lightly wash massaging softly into the scalp, using fingertips for 1 to 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and apply Elixir Conditioner. If contact with eyes occurs rinse immediately.

How to use the Conditioner: After rinsing and removing excess water, apply a generous amount evenly on hair focusing on the tips. Wait 3 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. If contact with eyer occurs rinse immediately.

Directions: Mix 1 scoop in a hot or cold beverage such as water, coffee, or mill. Stir and enjoy.

Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) vegetarian capsule diary during meals, or as directed by a health care professional.
