Suggested Usage:  Take 4 capsules daily with food.

Usage:  Dilute 15 drops in 3 fl oz (100 ml) of water or juice. Increase dosage gradually until reaching 2 full droppers per day. Take for up to 30 consecutive days. Rest 1 to 2 weeks before resuming consumption.
Take before the largest meal of the day. Do NOT take on an empty stomach.
