Suggested Usage: Take 2 capsules daily with food.

Direction: Mix 1 teaspoon (providing 1000 mg of potassium) with 8 fl oz (240 ml) of water or your favorite beverage.

How to use: Shake well before use. Take ¼ teaspoon in the morning. For better absorption, rest it under the tongue 30 seconds before swallowing. Take with food. Refrigerate after opening.

Directions: Apply a few drops on the palm(s) of your hands and softly massage on face, neck and neckline until absorbed. It can be applied to dry or damp skin. For best results apply SILK FACE SERUM and follow with Elixir DAY or Elixir NIGHT Cream. 

How to Use:

During the first month of use: Apply 2 pumps to clean skin in the morning and before bed. Massage into face, neck, wrists, ankles and forehead. 

From the second month of use: Apply 1 pump in the morning and before bed, following the same instructions.

DO NOT APPLY IN FATTY BODY AREAS SUCH AS BELLY OR INNER THIGHS.

If you Menstruate: Use days 12 to 26 of the menstrual cycle.

If you do NOT Menstruate: Use for 25 consecutive days, rest 5 and repeat.
