How to use: Shake well before use. Take ¼ teaspoon in the morning. For better absorption, rest it under the tongue 30 seconds before swallowing. Take with food. Refrigerate after opening.

Usage:  Dilute 15 drops in 3 fl oz (100 ml) of water or juice. Increase dosage gradually until reaching 2 full droppers per day. Take for up to 30 consecutive days. Rest 1 to 2 weeks before resuming consumption.

Caution:  For adults only. Not for pregnant/nursing women. Consult a physician if taking medication or have a medical condition. Individuals with kidney or liver disfunction should avoid taking this supplement. May cause gastrointestinal disturbance.
