How to Use:

During the first month of use: Press the dispenser 2 times, massaging your face, neck, inner wrists, and ankles. Apply in the morning and before going to bed.

From the second month of use: Press the dispenser only once, following the same instructions. 

DO NOT APPLY IN FATTY BODY AREAS SUCH AS BELLY OR INNER THIGHS.

If you Menstruate: Use days 12 to 26 of the menstrual cycle.

If you do NOT Menstruate: Use for 25 consecutive days, rest 5 and repeat.

WARNING:  If you are pregnant, nursing, or intending to become pregnant, consult with a healthcare professional before using this product. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. For external use only. 

Suggested Usage: Take 1 capsule with each meal.

Caution: Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
