How to Use:
During the first month of use: Apply 2 pumps to clean skin in the morning and before bed. Massage into face, neck, wrists, ankles and forehead.
From the second month of use: Apply 1 pump in the morning and before bed, following the same instructions.
DO NOT APPLY IN FATTY BODY AREAS SUCH AS BELLY OR INNER THIGHS.
If you Menstruate: Use days 12 to 26 of the menstrual cycle.
If you do NOT Menstruate: Use for 25 consecutive days, rest 5 and repeat.
