1. General Provisions

VitaClub memberships (GOLD and EXECUTIVE) are exclusive benefit programs governed by these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a membership, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All memberships are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase and do not include automatic renewal.

Each membership is linked exclusively to the email address associated with the account under which it was purchased and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with another account, even if both accounts belong to the same individual.

Customers with an active membership are not permitted to use coupons, discount codes, or any other promotional offers in conjunction with membership benefits. Membership pricing may not be combined with additional promotions.

2. VitaClub Executive Membership

The EXECUTIVE Membership carries an annual fee of $99.95 USD.

Executive Membership Benefits

  • Access to exclusive member pricing, which may vary by product
  • Member pricing is automatically applied when the customer logs into the account associated with the membership
  • Free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States, subject to the terms and limitations set forth herein
  • Priority shipping, where available
  • An annual 2% store credit reward, calculated based on eligible purchases completed during the active membership term
  • Priority access to limited-edition formulas, subject to product availability
  • No-questions-asked returns, processed exclusively as store credit

To initiate a return request, the customer must submit an email to ayuda@cocomarch.com, including the relevant order details and the reason for the request. Returns will be reviewed and processed in accordance with applicable company policies.

Free shipping benefits do not apply to delivery addresses located in Mexico.

Membership fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in the Cancellation and Refund Exceptions section below.

3. VitaClub Gold Membership

The GOLD Membership carries an annual fee of $59.95 USD.

Gold Membership Benefits

  • Access to exclusive member pricing, which may vary by product
  • Member pricing is automatically applied when the customer logs into the account associated with the membership
  • Free shipping on orders exceeding $60.00 USD

Free shipping benefits do not apply to delivery addresses located in Mexico.

Membership fees are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in the Cancellation and Refund Exceptions section below.

4. Cancellation and Refund Exceptions

As a limited exception, customers may request cancellation and a full refund of their GOLD or EXECUTIVE membership only if none of the associated membership benefits have been used, including, without limitation:

  • Exclusive member pricing
  • Free or priority shipping
  • Store credits, rewards, or rebates
  • Priority access to limited-edition products
  • Return-related benefits

Approval of any refund request is subject to internal verification and validation and will be determined on a case-by-case basis at the company’s sole discretion.

To submit a request, customers must email ayuda@cocomarch.com, including their membership details and the reason for the request.

5. Modifications

The company reserves the right to modify, amend, or discontinue these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. Any such modifications shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
