Direction: Mix 1 scoop with 8 fl oz (240 ml) of water and take any time of day. To assist with sleep and relaxation, take before bedtime.

Suggested Usage Colon Cleanse: Take 3 capsules before bedtime with 12 oz (300 ml) of water or more.

Suggested Usage Liver Cleanse:  Take 3 capsules through the day with 12 fl oz of water or more each time.
