Magnesium Citrate – Take 4 capsules

L-Tryptophan – Take 4 capsules

Melatonin – Take 1-6 lozenges. Each person is different.

Directions:  Use to naturally sweeten your favorite beverages and foods.  Sweeten to taste using 1 to 4 drops. Shake well before using.

Suggested usage:  Take 4 capsules once a day or 2 capsules twice a day. For best results take 20-30 min before a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.

How to Use:

During the first month of use: Press the dispenser 2 times, massaging your face, neck, inner wrists, and ankles. Apply in the morning and before going to bed.

From the second month of use: Press the dispenser only once, following the same instructions.
