Suggested Usage: Begin by using 1/4 tablespoon daily. Once tolerance is established, gradually increase your serving size. May consume up to 3 tablespoons daily.

Caution:  For adults only. MCT oil may cause GI (Gastrointestinal) upset. To reduce this effect, take with food. Consult a physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Natural color variation may occur in this product.

Usage:  Dilute 1 to 3 drops of nascent iodine in water, take in the mornings. Do not exceed 3 drops daily unless recommended by your health care provider. For best results, take 200 mcg of selenium (1 capsule) daily any time you consume iodine. 

Directions: Dilute 15 drops in water and take before each meal. 

Suggested Usage:  Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily between meals or on an empty stomach.
