How to Use:

During the first month of use: Press the dispenser 2 times, massaging your face, neck, inner wrists, and ankles. Apply in the morning and before going to bed.

From the second month of use: Press the dispenser only once, following the same instructions. 

DO NOT APPLY IN FATTY BODY AREAS SUCH AS BELLY OR INNER THIGHS.

If you Menstruate: Use days 12 to 26 of the menstrual cycle.

If you do NOT Menstruate: Use for 25 consecutive days, rest 5 and repeat.

Suggested usage:  Take 4 capsules once a day or 2 capsules twice a day. For best results, take 20-30 min before a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional.
