Suggested Usage: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Directions:

1. Cleanse face and neck.
2. Soak up excess water with a towel.
3. Apply Elixir on cheeks, chin, forehead, neck and chest on damp skin.
4. With upward vertical movements massage until absorbed.

Directions: Empty 2 droppers into mouth, hold 15 to 30 seconds and swallow. For best results repeat morning and night.

Direction: Mix 1 teaspoon (providing 1000 mg of potassium) with 8 fl oz (240 ml) of water or your favorite beverage.

Directions: Mix 1 scoop in a hot or cold beverage such as water, coffee, or mill. Stir and enjoy.

How to Use:

During the first month of use: Apply 2 pumps to clean skin in the morning and before bed. Massage into face, neck, wrists, ankles and forehead. 

From the second month of use: Apply 1 pump in the morning and before bed, following the same instructions.

DO NOT APPLY IN FATTY BODY AREAS SUCH AS BELLY OR INNER THIGHS.

If you Menstruate: Use days 12 to 26 of the menstrual cycle.

If you do NOT Menstruate: Use for 25 consecutive days, rest 5 and repeat.

How to use: Apply a generous amount on humid hair, massage onto scalp left it rest 5 to 15 minutes. Rinse our thoroughly. 

CAUTION:  Avoid contact with eyes. If contact with eyes occurs rinse immediately.
