How to use: Lightly wash massaging softly into the scalp, using fingertips for 1 to 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and apply Elixir Conditioner. If contact with eyes occurs rinse immediately. 

Suggested Usage: Take 3 capsules once per day.
