Suggested Usage: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

How to use: After rinsing and removing excess water, apply a generous amount evenly on hair focusing on the tips. Wait 3 minutes and rinse with lukewarm water. For best results use in combinations with Elixir Shampoo. If contact with eyer occurs rinse immediately.
