RETURN POLICIES 

We understand that when a purchase is processed situations may arise that merit a return and in Vita Tienda we want to help.  Please follow the steps below carefully to make returns.

1- You have 3 days from the receipt of your package to inspect your product and make a claim, in case that an anomaly exists.  We accept returns of new products, sealed and in resale status as long as the product is shipped within 30 days from the receipt of the purchase.  Once the 30 days have passed, returns will not be refunded.

 2- Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from the claims department.  All returns are handled by our claims team and by email only.  If you are within the return window, follow the instructions below. 

- Write an email to [email protected]  One of our Claims specialist will contact you with the instructions to follow to make the return correctly (please allow 24 hours for a response).  You have 3 days from the receipt of your package to inspect your product and make a claim.

- Once your shipment has been received in the warehouse, it can take up to 10 business days to be processed and funds returned to your card.

- You are responsible for the full shipping cost of your package. If you decide to return it, you will receive a refund for the total price of sealed products received, minus the actual cost of shipping.  The refund will be processed to the payment method used to make the purchase.

- ACTUAL SHIPPING COST:  Although our company offers a flat rate of $9.95 for ground shipping, the actual cost can be 3 times higher or even more, depending on the weight and size of the purchase.  In the return, the total of the actual cost will be deducted.

- Returns of open or partially used products will not be accepted.

- Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from the claims department.

PURCHASES OF PRODUCTS ON SALE:

All items purchased under “FINAL SALE” or purchase through coupons or discounts reflected on the page are considered Final Sale and therefore do not qualify for returns, even if they are sealed and in resale status.
