RETURN POLICIES 

1. All returns should be within 30 days from the receipt date, should you meet all the requirements of a return. 

2. We do not accept returns of open products or partially used products.  We do not accept returns without prior authorization from the claims department. 

3. You have 3 days from the receipt of your package to inspect your product and make a claim, in case that an anomaly exists.

4. Refunds will be analyzed in a case-by-case basis. Our policy is to issue an instore credit, however, there may be cases in which a refund will be issued by the claims department to the method used for the payment.

Cancellations: Once an order has been processed, it cannot be altered or cancelled.  If it is necessary to process a refund, the same amount will be in the form of an “In Store Credit.”

ACTUAL SHIPPING COST:  Although our company offers a flat rate of $9.95 for ground shipping, the actual cost can be 3 times higher or even more, depending on the weight and size of the purchase.  In the return, the total of the actual cost will be deducted.

- Returns of open or partially used products will not be accepted.

- Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from the claims department.

RETURN OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We DO NOT accept returns of International Orders.

PURCHASES OF PRODUCTS ON SALE:

All items purchased under “FINAL SALE” or purchased through coupons or discounts reflected on the page are considered Final Sale and therefore do not qualify for returns, even if they are sealed and in resale status
