How to Use:  Apply as a cream to hydrate your delicate parts.

Directions: Mix 1 scoop in a hot or cold beverage such as water, coffee, or mill. Stir and enjoy.

Suggested Usage:  Take 2 softgels with breakfast or lunch and 2 more with dinner. It may also be consumed with a snack or any other food.
