Directions:  Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 80 minutes. Children under 6 months: Ask a doctor.

WARNINGS:  For external use only. When using this product keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Stop use and ask a doctor if rash occurs. How to use: Shake well before use. Take ¼ teaspoon in the morning. For better absorption, rest it under the tongue 30 seconds before swallowing. Take with food. Refrigerate after opening.

Suggested Usage: Mix 1/2 tsp in 8oz of water or liquid of your preference.
