Suggested Usage:  Take 3 capsules daily as needed.

Caution:  For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant/nursing women. Consult a physician if taking medication (including blood thinners) or have a medical condition. May cause drowsiness in sensitive individuals. Keep out of reach of children.

How to Use:

During the first month of use: Press the dispenser 2 times, massaging your face, neck, inner wrists, and ankles. Apply in the morning and before going to bed.

From the second month of use: Press the dispenser only once, following the same instructions. 

DO NOT APPLY IN FATTY BODY AREAS SUCH AS BELLY OR INNER THIGHS.

If you Menstruate: Use days 12 to 26 of the menstrual cycle.

If you do NOT Menstruate: Use for 25 consecutive days, rest 5 and repeat.

Instructions: Mix one scoop in 2oz. of water stir briskly with a fork until it becomes a smooth paste free of lumps, fill the rest of the glass with water, vegetable milk or juice. For extra nutrition, you can add VitaVerde™ to protein shakes made using the VitaProtein™.
