Directions: Mix 1 tablespoon (included) into a hot or cold drink. It can be taken mixed in coffee, water, milk or juice. You can drink it at any time with food or between meals, with a full or empty stomach. Stir and enjoy.

Suggested Usage: 1 scoop mixed into any liquid once or twice per day. It's better absorbed when taken in an empty stomach.
