How to Apply?
After cleansing and applying Silk Face serum, apply to face and neck for a protected, even skin tone.
Suggested Usage: Take 1 softgel with a meal once per day.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. For adults only. Do not exceed recommended dose. Consult a physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication (especially topical psoriasis medications or thiazide diuretics), or have a medical condition (especially hypercalcemia, kidney disease, or hyperparathy-roidism).
How to Apply?
Cover all exposed skin with a generous amount of the sunscreen (face & body). Apply again if necessary.
Suggested Usage: Take 4 capsules daily preferably with food.
Caution: For adults only. Consult a physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Keep in bottle. Natural color variation may occur in this product.
How to Use:
During the first month of use: Press the dispenser 2 times, massaging your face, neck, inner wrists, and ankles. Apply in the morning and before going to bed.
From the second month of use: Press the dispenser only once, following the same instructions.
DO NOT APPLY IN FATTY BODY AREAS SUCH AS BELLY OR INNER THIGHS.
If you Menstruate: Use days 12 to 26 of the menstrual cycle.
If you do NOT Menstruate: Use for 25 consecutive days, rest 5 and repeat.
WARNING: If you are pregnant, nursing, or intending to become pregnant, consult with a healthcare professional before using this product. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. For external use only.
Usage: Dilute 1 to 3 drops of nascent iodine in water, take in the mornings. Do not exceed 3 drops daily unless recommended by your health care provider. For best results, take 200 mcg of selenium (1 capsule) daily any time you consume iodine.
Suggested Usage: Take 3 capsules once per day.
