Suggested Usage:  Take 1 capsule daily.

Caution: For adults only. Consult a physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication (especially anticoagulant drugs or NSAIDs), or have a medical condition (especially gallstones or a heart condition). Keep out of reach of children.

Directions: Mix 1 tablespoon (included) into a hot or cold drink. It can be taken mixed in coffee, water, milk or juice. You can drink it at any time with food or between meals, with a full or empty stomach. Stir and enjoy.
